INVESTMENT OPTION(Citizenship by Investment option) Cottage, Fractional Villa and Villaowners have the option to place their property in the rental pool for 5 years. Guaranteed income of 2% whilst the property is being built and funds in escrow, 4% income per annum for 5 years, developer pays HOA fees, property taxes and property insurance.
